Grad Night is a Woodside High School tradition for all graduating seniors. This all-night party is a once-in-a-lifetime experience where seniors get to celebrate with their class ONE LAST TIME.

Woodside's Grad Night Party will be held on Friday, June 9th, 2017. We have a great venue and hours of exciting entertainment planned throughout the night.

The event will be held at an undisclosed location.

GRAD NIGHT

INFO

  • All Grad Night attendees need to be at WHS, in the MUR, no later than 6:00p.m. to allow for enough time to check in all grads.

  • Buses will depart at 7:15p.m. SHARP!

  • Buses will return to WHS by 2:00a.m.

  • Please do NOT over feed your seniors before they come to GRAD NIGHT!  This event includes a great dinner upon their arrival, so we want them to come hungry!

  • This is a SAFE & SOBER event. Students will NOT be allowed to attend the event if they are under ANY influence of drugs or alcohol. Breathalyzer tests will be administered before leaving the MUR and boarding the bus. Event policy dictates that if there is any underage drinking and/or drug use, parents will be called to pick up their student and they will not be allowed to attend. Refunds will not be issued.

  • Dress code:  All school dress codes are enforced for Grad Night, so please remind your graduate to dress appropriately when they leave the house.

  • Attire for the event:  Everyone should dress casual, preferably with closed-toe shoes and not flip flops.  Shorts or jeans are ideal.  Casual skirts/dresses are okay.

  • Location of event:  It's still a secret!  The grads and chaperons will not know where they are going until they get there.   It is about an hour away from WHS - maybe north, maybe south, maybe east, maybe west!

  • What to bring to GRAD NIGHT:  Please leave bags and purses at home, and these items will not be allowed on the bus or at the event.  WHS, the PTSA, the Parent and Student Groups of the Class of 2017 and the event promoters (venue and coordinators) will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Cell phones are ok.

  • What to Wear?  Kids should bring layered clothing, especially if they start out with a tank or light  weight t-shirt.

  • This is an indoor/outdoor venue and the temperature can be cool outside and warm inside.

  • Activities: In addition to the usual food, music, and dancing, we have lots of exciting entertainment for the grads!
